| Life Changes - Why so hard to decide or let go | | Losing a job is hard enough but when you make a decision and know it is the right one, why is it so hard to accept. I relocated 15 years ago and presently have a great job until the end of June. Corporate downsizing. For the past two years I have been wanting to go back home and now I have the chance. But I cry and cry because I don't want to leave. My friends tell me that once I get back home I will feel better but I am just not as excited as I should be. I am driving back which is almost 2000 miles and selling all my belongings or giving them away. Everytime I sell something I get sad.I have no fear of the unknown and a new start would be good and love challenges. I just feel like I am in limbo. I made some really good friends here moreover than the state I grew up in. Maybe that is because I am a bit older now and the lasting friends do come later in life. I am independent, strong and land on my feet but not sure what my problem is. Maybe I am on here to vent because I have nothing to fear but fear itself. Maybe I just got too comfortable. I know that I had not planned to return home for another 6 years, maybe the layoff came too soon for me to anticipate. I just need to... | |

I finally finished it!!! my Road2Freedom website will be up and ready on June 17, 2010. that is the date i wrote down to have it up and running. It seems that that goal is one i can check of my list of things to do1 I can't believe all of my heard work and preparation has really come to live. This is like three years in the making putting this downline builder site together. Of course I would love to have thousands of people to join, but heck if i can get one I would be one happy lady!! | | If you died tommorow, would you be pleased with the life you lived? | | A bit of a morbid question but it got me thinking. I think I have lived a good life, to the fullest when I can. If something happens that causes my demise tomorrow, I would be satisfied and not feel that my time is wasted. I didn't accomplish anything notable, but fame and fortune is highly overrated to begin with. I have lived life to its fullest and enjoyed while I was here. So how about you? | What is the best lesson life has taught you? | | I just realized that every event or circumstance in life is interconnected with each other. One thing happens to make way for another thing to happen. Everything just happens for a reason. And if we are just keen enough to connect every unfolding of events in our lives, we will discover and be amazed with how everything seemed to be planned.Every detail in every happenning is important to other things that will come and that has come. and if just learn to trust with all our heart that God is indeed in control, we will find out we are all winners in this game called life... | |
